Returns & Exchanges

At Midwinter Co., we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Midwinter Co. packaging, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
